I’ve been looking for a calm, clean hotel with beautiful interiors and spa to stay one night for my layover in Istanbul. And it was the perfect match. Room was beautiful and specious. Bed is super comfortable, there is a Smart house system, so you can operate the room with out standing up, using just the tablet near the bed. The service is top notch. In room you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay and even a little more. When I arrived I have found some tasty sweets in my room and before go to sleep I received some complimentary fruits, which was very nice. There is a cool pool on the top floor with a nice view. Changing rooms in spa is also equipped with everything one may need including Dyson and all the amenities. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but the way from the airport was way too long. It took me almost two hours to get there. Just be aware of that, when you on a your trip. As I didn’t want to go anywhere and visit touristic places, location of the hotel didn’t matter to me, but be aware of traffic in the city in case you need to go around a lot. There is also a shopping mall just across the street, to get there, there is even no need to leave the building. There is the special pass in the hotel.

Address Istanbul is the finest hotel I have stayed at in Istanbul. It is relatively new so everything is clean and working well. It is all modern with the lights and temperature controlled by an Ipad that almost worked perfectly. The service was exceptional, Emre and Yesim at the front desk were like my best friends. The shower had great water pressure. The carpets were clean enough to walk barefoot on (although nice slippers were provided). Elevator access to the great Emaar Mall. I will be back.

All, it was amazing treatment, i was feeling as special guest of the Address hotel in Istanbul, had a best experience!! concierge service was at top level, club lounge zone was a special place & excellent quality of food & drinks. Finally, I would like to thank the Hotel GM Mr. Ahmed and defiantly the front Desk Assistant Manager Mr. Ali for their warmth and willingness to go over and beyond what was expected. Will definitely be returning to again!
